junos fusion provider edge configuration guide

‎05-20-2019 04:31 AM

Hello everyone,

I have a new project which need to configure Junos Fusion Provider Edge. In this fusion edge, we will use two MX480 and four EX4300-32F. I have already read about Provider fusion feature guide, but I have no experience about fusion. So, let me know, which is the best practise to start this fusion up and running and how to setup for this fusion. Please guide a little for me. I have experience vMX and Junos, so all of the configuration are the same normally while we configure OSPF, BGP, Syslog, SNMP and QoS. Please let me know if you have experience with fusion provider edge. Thanks for your support.

HI ,

Junos Fusion provides a method of significantly expanding the number of available network interfaces on a device—an aggregation device—by allowing the aggregation device to add interfaces through interconnections with satellite devices. The entire system—the interconnected aggregation device and satellite devices—is called a Junos Fusion

Please go through the below day one book on Fusion. It starts with one Aggregation device and and configuring SD and loading SNOS on it. Then you can practice confuguring dual AD. Hope this helps
