Is there any possible way to update source prefix list dynamically without commiting on juniper MX80  remotely ?

Kind regards

I think you are looking for ephemeral databases where you dynamically push data into the configuration.

More info can be found here:

That is what you do with the ephemeral database... you remotely push in changes to eg. prefix-lists into your device.

But what I guess you are looking for is the device to pull an updated prefix-list from eg. a webservice.

In that case you look at event script which can be triggered at regular intervals for updates.

More information regarding event scripts can be found here: https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/usage-guidelines/automation-executing-event...

To trigger these scripts, you need an event to be generated - this is achieved as described here: https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/usage-guidelines/automation-generating-inte...

The answer is no.  Any change in configuration either with traditional automation or the newer ephemeral db must end with a commit process for the new settings to be applied.
