I've added wiki docs, shipped the HTML forms of the manuals on gh-pages, and addressed some lingering nits. We're using the new github release tools, which are quite nice. We're also trying to get more discipline about releases, with a better branching model, formal versioning scheme, and release notes. Also better web tools and gh-pages should help.

The JUNOScriptorium is still needing some features, both for browsing and contributing, but now that it's in github, contributing should be much easier.
