If that's the case, and you have a valid support contract, the best and the fastest option would be to open a new JTAC case and request the fixes for all your PRs in 17.4R2-S4. But you need to be quick as this release will soon be closed for new fixes (then you'll have to wait until 17.4R2-S5, I presume). As 17.4R3 hasn't been scheduled yet, there is no chance it will be released any time soon (if it will be released at all).
