J-Web Issue

‎04-04-2019 03:08 PM

Hi,

After upgrading JunOS and J-Web for an EX-2300 I am unable to access J-Web.  The attached screenshot is the error I get in Firefox.  Does anyone know what is causing the error?Screenshot from 2019-04-04 11-46-13.png

Hi,

does that also happens with other browsers?

Can you share the http/https configuration from your 2300?

I help you, you help me... please share a Kudos or accepted solution whenever you feel I have helped with your problem! Smiley Happy

I am still working on installing Chrome offline, need to install additional dependencies.  J-Web was working in Firefox before the upgrade.  The following is the output for web-management.

show system services web-management
http {
port 80;
}
https {
system-generated-certificate;
}

I finally installed Chrome and still cannot acess J-Web.  Using Chrome to connect via http://192.168.1.1 a file is automatically donwloaded that contains the message, /user/bin/php:  Undefinded symbol "_aeabi_uidivmod".  Any idea what is causing the error?

Did you delete your current JWEB first then install it fresh? Or did you try to install it over the existing install of JWEB?

Hello bike2wrk

Have you  try upgrading Jweb firmware to 19.4A1 ?

Go to juniper downloads > select ex2300 > then OS J-web and download it.

I think you need to reboot it when you try install it.

In addition to this, try using another PC, delete cookies and you have Firewall filters allowing destination port 80/443 for http traffic.

If this solves your problem, please mark this post as "Accepted Solution."
Kudos are always appreciated.
