The support page has been updated and since then, I am unable to download any firmware.
This was working fine before.
We receive support through a VAR but I host a lab-env and would like to download new software etc. on my own.
Also I am learning for certification where I would like to download vMX.

What message to you get with the downloads? If you get the "account priviledge" message use the link to the "web case manager"
Open a new case
choose the "admin service" option
Provide the details of the devices you need access for downloads
If your VAR has forwarded the information the case managers will be able to unlock the downloads. If more information is needed they will tell you what to get from your VAR or ask them directly.

Hello, if there is a VAR involved, you may have to contact them since he will have access to download softwares off juniper site.
