  • 1.  commit-configuration failed on fpc

    Hi everyone,

     

     

    Currently I have an issue with a virtual chassis composed by 4 switches EX4200 (12.2R3.5). When I try execute a commit operation shows the following error:

     

    fpc0:
    configuration check succeeds
    fpc1:
    commit complete
    fpc2:
    commit complete
    fpc3:
    commit complete
    fpc4:
    error: could not copy to juniper.save+
    fpc0:
    error: remote commit-configuration failed on fpc4
    error: commit failed 

     

    I have checked the system storage and it was the result:

     

    show system storage | match rundb
    /dev/md17 118M 26M 83M 24% /var/rundb
    /dev/md17 118M 101M 8.0M 93% /var/rundb
    /dev/md17 118M 100M 9.0M 92% /var/rundb
    /dev/md17 118M 101M 8.0M 93% /var/rundb
    /dev/md17 118M 108M 334K 100% /var/rundb

     

    I guess the error is caused for the 100%. Can somebody help me with this issue?

    Yes, that is the reason, /var/rundb is full.

     

    There is a known issue and it's fixed in later releases.
