Is there a way to search the Support Contract information for MIST AP's like Juniper Entitlements Tool? I have a list of serials however there is no support contract id nor any way of the partner seeing the start / end dates for the support / number and type of subs purchased.
The support entitlement tool is not yet integrated with the mist licenses and portfolio.
In general the indoor APs has limited lifetime warranty and you will only need actual support for these if you want advance replacement or similar. Outdoor APs comes with 1 year warranty.
To see an overview of your subscriptions, you have to logon to https://manage.mist.com and go to Administration -> Subscriptions. If you select a subscription and hit details, you will get the expiry date for the subscription.
