CHASSISD_SHUTDOWN_NOTICE: Shutdown reason: TFEB connection lost

‎01-01-2014 08:32 PM

Hi,

In one of our MX960, we see the following message.

CHASSISD_SHUTDOWN_NOTICE: Shutdown reason: TFEB connection lost
 CHASSISD_IFDEV_DETACH_FPC: ifdev_detach_fpc(0)

There is a kb for similar issue. http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB21952&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid... which says to reset or reseat the component referenced in the syslog message. The fpc(0) is BUILTIN

FPC 0                     BUILTIN      BUILTIN           MPC BUILTIN

Any one could please advice me on this. Thanks in advance !

Regards,

Shree.

Advised customer to do  "request chassis tfeb restart" in a MW and check if the log occurs again.
