Hi 

I 'm wondered what's difference between MS-MIC and MS-MPC? If I would like to use IPsec feature on Hardware Accelerate Encryption Module, which one need to be use for this case.

It looks like I must start on MX240 or higher. Please suggest

Multiservices Modular Interfaces Card (MS-MIC) and the Multiservices Modular PIC Concentrator (MS-MPC) are components used to provide improved scaling and high performance of our devices.

MS-MPCs are full slot modules that supply hardware acceleration for an array of packet processing-intensive services for the MX2020, MX2010, MX960, MX480, and MX240 3D Universal Edge Routers. The MS-MIC is based on Juniper’s MIC card hardware form and can be inserted in the MX5, MX10, MX40, and MX80 3D Universal Edge Routers, as well as the MPC1, MPC2, and MPC3 cards.

If you are considering MS-MPCs, yes you will have to start on MX240 or higher.

May I ask stupid question? 

What's meaning of hardware accereration? I think. Every packets would be processed for incoming or outgoing traffic. 

If I use MS-MIC, Only the packet pass on this card would be process? Am I correct?

As per my understanding, hardware acceleration would be faster processing of packets ( as the line says, for an
array of packet processing-intensive services). It is just a way of performing packet processing with improved performance.
