MX: COS classifiers for family bridge

Hi all,

Just as dscp and dscp-ipv6 are present for inet and inet6, what is the type of classifier to be used on family bridge? Can ieee-802.1ad be used in such cases?

'set class-of-service classifiers dscp v4_dscp_cls forwarding-class q0 loss-priority low code-points 000000',
'set class-of-service classifiers dscp v4_dscp_cls forwarding-class q6 loss-priority low code-points 000101',
'set class-of-service classifiers dscp v4_dscp_cls forwarding-class q6 loss-priority low code-points 100010',

Router config:

===========

show interfaces
xe-4/1/16 {
vlan-tagging;
encapsulation flexible-ethernet-services;
unit 25 {
encapsulation vlan-bridge;
vlan-id 25;
}
}
xe-4/1/19 {
vlan-tagging;
encapsulation flexible-ethernet-services;
unit 25 {
encapsulation vlan-bridge;
vlan-id 25;
}
}

You can use either of DSCP, IP precedence or 802.1ad classification for layer 2 interfaces. Typically 802.1ad is deployed to classify packets coming from layer 2 interfaces. With 802.1ad you can set the forwarding class and loss priority for traffic on the basis of the three IEEE 802.1p bits (three bits in either the inner virtual LAN (VLAN) tag or the outer VLAN tag) and the drop eligible indicator (DEI) bit.
