    Hi ,

    load-balancing is in general , distributing the traffic load evenly across multiple paths.

    Load sharing is sending some portion of the traffic to one link and som portions through other links. It doesn't have to be equal.

    Achieving perfect load-balancing is not an easy task. Per-packet , per-session load-balancing are some of the methods to achieve load balancing.
