  • 1.  fpc11 hard error

    Hi guys,

     

    I have trouble with fpc11 hard error. I've checked log timestamps and found this log

     

    Oct 2 19:04:55.370 2016 PE-D3-LBG-SPEEDY fpc11 TOE Pkt Xfer:** WEDGE DETECTED IN PFE 1 stream 0 TOE host packet transfer: reason code 0x1
    Oct 2 19:04:55.465 2016 PE-D3-LBG-SPEEDY alarmd[1873]: Alarm set: FPC color=RED, class=CHASSIS, reason=FPC 11 Major Errors
    Oct 2 19:04:55.466 2016 PE-D3-LBG-SPEEDY craftd[1583]: Major alarm set, FPC 11 Major Errors
    Oct 2 19:05:00.365 2016 PE-D3-LBG-SPEEDY fpc11 Host Loopback:HOST LOOPBACK WEDGE DETECTED IN PATH ID 1
    Oct 2 19:05:00.365 2016 PE-D3-LBG-SPEEDY fpc11 TNPC CM received unknown trigger (type Queue, id 1)

    Oct 2 19:04:55 send: red alarm set, device FPC 11, reason FPC 11 Major Errors

     

    May I know what is the root cause this ?

    Hi,

     

    This FPC is in wedge condtion, i suggest to log a case with TAC support.
