  • 1.  Dynamic VPN Client Unable to connect (Continuous log in)

    Hi all,

     

    Recently I deployed sxr210 for dynamic vpn client access. But after a week client now unable to establish vpn connection using junos pulse. Im running junos 11.4r7.5 and junos pulse 2.0. 

     

    I know that to get connected to vpn you need to login twice to verify the credentials but on my situation I've tried to login many times seems I can't establish a connection.

     

    Is there anyone already encounter this? Your response may appreciate.

    You could enable logging on the Pulse Client and go from there. Also when you attempt to log in, you could turn on security logging and tracing on the SRX and try to see what is logged as to the reason for the failed connection.

    Hi Aren,

     

          When you say unable to establish VPN connection, do you see any error? is Pulse prompting for authentication?

    Try using latest Pulse version 4.0. You can get the latest Pulse version in the below link
