I install VJATP as all in one mode. A collector is not working, process PCAP-TAP-ICAP is not running. How to fix it.
How long ago did you install your JATP Virtual All-In-One? It is recommended to wait 24 hours as packages are downloaded to the All-In-One and Core devices.
What kind of collector do you have connected? Is it a Span port from a L2 Switch or a Juniper SRX?

How do i know if the packages were download and install success?.
After reviewing, Juniper currently only supports JATP vCore and vCollector. Which All-In-One ISO did you install in your Virtual Environment?
Type 'Virtual Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention (vJATP)'
Under 'Application Package' you should see downloads for JATP-OS Core OVA/ JATP-OS Core OVF and VMDK

That ISO images is for a Hardware (JATP400/JATP700) for All-In-One. Currently, there is not support for Virtual All In One.
