  • 1.  Problem with SSH and Telnet SRX240

    Hello,

     

    I have next issue, can't login on my SRX 240H, when I try to SSH on the device i can see a message:

    /usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Cannot open "/usr/lib/libskey.so.3"

     

     

     

    And after this immediately disconnect occurs.

     

     

    Does anybody have the same issue?

    Hello

     

    1. I hope you have enabled ssh and telnet service and also allowed these applications as host-inbound-traffic!

    2. The error message you see is generated from underlying freebsd libraries.

     

    If configuraiton is correct, then issue could be with sshd process:

    1. Process could be crashing.

    2. Problem could be with loading library.

     

    To recover, you could try below:

     

    1. Login via console and restart telnet and ssh process.

    2. Last resortis to re-install OS.

    Hello and thank you.


    Problem was resolved after rebooting the SRX.
