  • 1.  Remote Desktop Out to Internet Host

    I have a SRX240 with the factory load from the reset switch.  I have established basic internet connectivity.  I have several internet hosts that I remotely manage with Miccrosoft's RDP from within the office.  I can ping a host and get a reply back.  My RDP sessions timeout, though.  It was my understanding that all traffic originating from the Trust zone was allowed.

    My bad.  When in doubt, plug directly  in to the internet and make sure the problem does not exist on the other end of the pipe.  Our NOC was supposed to have us whitelisted for all hosts., but, 3 out of 4 worked.
