SRX 240 - Send no Mails / SMTP

Hallo,

 

i have started to configure with our new SRX 240 Cluster.

 

I have installed the Kasperksy Engine license und Pattern Update run very well but i receive no Mails. I check the SMTP Server but it get no Mails from the SRX. So i think the SRX send no mail out, but the ping to the Server is ok.

 

Here are some parts of my config:

    utm {
        feature-profile {
            anti-virus {
                type kaspersky-lab-engine;
                kaspersky-lab-engine {
                    pattern-update {
                        email-notify {
                            admin-email "mymailadress@mycompany.de";
                            custom-message "Pattern UPDATE Done";
                            custom-message-subject "AV UPDATE COMPLETE";
                        }
                    }
                }
            }
        }
    }

 

 

smtp {
    primary-server {
        address 172.16.251.1;
    }
}

Hi ,

I understand that after configuring UTM , mails are not working.

Does you mail servers connections initiate TLS before sending and receiving the mails after 3 way handshake?

Are you running on the latest Junos code?
