SRX110 and 3G No Longer Authenticating

‎11-17-2014 05:30 PM

Hi Everyone,

First time poster here. Hoping you can assist with a problem Ive just encountered.

Im using at-1/0/0 and cl-0/0/8 (3G Optus Wireless) and Ive only recently had an issue where the modem will not initilaise a connection any more.

I originally has this working when the DSL line went dead; and setting up the 3g modem gracefully connected for the period the DSL was being fixed.

I believe it wont connect for some reason until the DSL WAN has lost connect; but remains Phyiscally UP.

Would appreciate any insight on how I can get this working; and whether I should add additional config so this can be tested in a failover condition; by removing the DSL line (physically)

Here's some info to start with if this assists.

Im curious where I should be placing traceoptions; to check auth attempts, or any failures

Could anyone assist with what ideal traceoptions I should be using to see whether connection attempts are being made..
