We have tried to upgrade SRX240H from junos-srxsme-12.3X48-D65.1 TO 12.3X48-D75.4-domestic.tgz but no luck and now in a situation that can't rollback either.
Can't see the version as well when "show version" command executed.
Would downgrade help? If yes, what is the best way to do it without losing the data? Any suggestions, please!
What are the possible steps to fix this? Any suggestions, please!

I am pretty sure the last supported version for the 240H is 12.1X46. It's a little confusing because 12.1X46D66 and later will not install on 240H2 but it will on a 240H.
In your case I would simply copy your config from your console/ssh session, then reboot and install the latest 12.X46 from USB:
Thanks for the reply, appreciated!
Sorry, I made a mistake in writing - it is SRX240H2 not SRX240H.
The SRX was running with 12.3X48-D65.1
The current up to date version for SRX240H2 is "12.3X48-D75", released on 16th Oct 2018.
I will try the option that you suggested me and let you know the outcome.
It is interesting to know what the result is
