SRX

My SRX3400 use JUNOS 9.4R2.9, I want to upgrade to lastes os but when I can't find any os for srx3000. I use junos version for j-series but it is not successful. Can you help me?

You're using the incorrect package...  you're trying to load a J-series firmware on a SRX3000 series.

Here's the link to the latest SRX3000 firmware (you'll need a login): https://download.juniper.net/software/junos/10.0R2.10/junos-srx3000-10.0R2.10-domestic.tgz
