Hi-

i have problem in web accessing   in srx 210  from intrernal and external interface.it show message access error 500 internal server error .what the cause and how to slove it.as i have not get any solution.so how to solve this error.

Was it working before & stopped working suddnely ?

Make sure that HTTP is allowed  under " set system services "  & under the host inbound traffic

Can you paste the output of  " show log httpd" just after trying the HTTP acess

Can you paste your config showing which interface you are trying to access

Restarting the SRX can give fast solution if it is a software isuue

This is typically what you get if you forget to configure the interface for web management.

Make sure "set system services web-management http interface <external interface>" exists in your configuration.

 I have already configured the configuration as you recommended here. As, I have already  configured these configuration,I am unable to access the j-web interface.

There are many errors at the HHTP process log files :

Can you try restarting the HTTP process  : " SRX# run restart web-managemet"

Also can you try rebooting the SRX

If both didnot solve the issue , can you paste your configuration  & indicate through which interface are you trying to access the SRX Jweb

when i run restart web-management, shows
error: Web management gatekeeper process is not running
Web management gatekeeper process started, pid 3682.
here Web management gatekeeper process started, pid 3682. though i can't access, same problem occur again.
how to resolve the case.

Have you tried rebooting the box ? it seems to be a software issue

After the reboot , are you still not able to access ?

I have tried after rebooting the device also, but the same problem remin till, i am unable to access the web-management access and same error after the rebooting.

currently i am using junos os 10.0r3.10 before upgrading to this version box was run with version 9.5.Now, how to reslove the probelm either downgrading the version or upgrading or reinstalling the same version ? is there other way to resolve the problem upgrading or downgrading,  plz ?

hi as ur descirption, can u tell me what the fireware u reinstall? i meet the same issue in a SRX3400. it cant open the socket of the port 80. i cant access using j-web. thx!
