    With IDP enabled, is there anyway to hide this from a regular "show configuration"  Just LOTS of added information...

    Off the top of my head on thought is that you could do a "show" and use the "except" command and then do a "display set" which will eliminate anything that matches on the except from being shown.

    Looks like you can also omit pieces of the config so they won't show in stanza for, will however show in | display set.

     

    E.G.

     

    set services application-identification apply-flags omit

     

    I like the except though, you can chain it!

     

    show configuration | except "security idp" | except services | except "chassis cluster" | display set
