folks

i have an srx 650 in production and i need to introduce an another box and create a ha pair

can anyone point me in the right direction with a configuration guide please?

i can get some downtime if needed but only an hour at most

The basic steps for the SRX650 are listed in KB15503.

the process does require reboots on both nodes during the setup but you should have no issue finishing within the hour window.

Do note that the links between the nodes are assigned specific ports for each SRX device.  So you might have to move some existing configuration to a different port if you are already using the cntl or fab ports for something else.
