BGP route from 2 ISP's

‎11-18-2009 07:29 PM

Hi All,

Just wan to make sure what I have done on our ssg20.

I made BGP connection to 2 ISP's. That allow only default route from both ISP by route-map filter.

All the BGP conection are establish with different weight of BGP group .

I saw routing table on my SSG20 already received default-route from 1 isp ( group A ), but I cant see another default route from other ISP ( Group B ).

But in same condition, we apply same BGP filter on junos (j-series), but on junos receive 2 default route (from both ISP). So how to get 2 default route from 2 ISP's on our ssg20.

Need advice.

Regards,

ND

Hi ND,

Its same like what cisco routing table does, only shows the valid route not the other route. Trying closing the primary BGP neighbour, you will automatically see the secondary default route installed in routing table.

Let me know if u need any further help.
