This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  Does need restart SSG box after retrieve trial subscription license??

    Hello guys,

     

    Does the ssg need to restart after retrieve trial subcription key??

    because after retrieve the key, at web ui the antivirus sub menu not appear at security menu and under advanced policy setting.

    or have any solution for this??

    I believe that you need to reboot the filewall for the licenses to take effect.

    You must restart the device after the key has been loaded.   🙂
