    Hello

     

    I just got SSG 5 because we have to connect to a customers site with a site to site vpn an this is the type of firewall they suggested. My problem is I can't get connected to the Internet. We have Comcast Business Class system and I have 5 ips 173.X.X.129 - 173.X.X.133 with 173.X.X.134 as the Gateway We are using 173.X.X.129 as our main Ip . The Modem Router is setup in Bridge mode. We also Port Forward POP3, SMTP, HTTP, FTP to or Email Server at 192.168.1.5 We have our own DHCP Server on our internal network.

     

    If anyone can help me get the basic setup done correctly I can then setup the VPN with my customer. I have attached the Configuration from the Router

    HI.  I do not see a default route configured.

     

       set route 0.0.0.0/0 int eth0/0 gateway 173.x.x.x

     

    This will all the devices behind the firewall to access the internet.

     

    Are you able to ping the gateway from the firewall?
