We have purchased a firewall Netscreen25, and we don't have an Authorization Code to updat a Subscription keys.
How to get an Authorization Code?

Juniper issues authorization codes through the reseller who sold you the equipment. They are responsible for conveying those codes to you. Contact them for this information.
Thank you for your reply, but we have purchased a firewall Netscreen25 in April 2005 by the bay of reseller, and currently the company (reseller) no longer exists. So, who do i contact for getting an authorization code?
You should call the Customer Care group of JTAC. 1-888-314-JTAC - select the non-technical Customer Care option and explain your issue to them.
