The correct file is the Load2000v117.d.  Do you have the TFTP server connected/reachable via the dedicated MGT interface?  This is the only interface the ISG will use to try to reach the TFTP server.

Yes, of course, I connected to MGT using the cable. and also have the TFTF server program...

    But that message appeared..

    I don't know what should I do..?

I hope to your message quickly..:)

    Regards,

Have you turned off your PC firewall?  Also, what is the subnet mask you have set on your PC?

    Hi,

    You can check:

    1. Is the TFTP server application on the PC working? To test this, you can simply connect the PC to the LAN, using the same cable and try to trasfer files to/from this PC.

    2. If that works, try collecting a wireshark capture on the PC when trying to update the ISG bootloader.

ISG is complaining the it is not able to resolve the MAC of the PC:

    Thank you..!

Even though this issue was written down 2 months ago, I ain't still finished my issue.

As you mentioned, I checked the TFTP server - it's going well.

    So captured Wireshark packets!
