SSG 140 becomes unaccessible

‎07-18-2008 06:17 AM

Hi there,

Can anybody help to resolve the issue which we are facing with SSG 140 FW. After some days it becomes unaccesible via telnet, ssh, web. Even all the services are enabled. We are unable to access it from the Trust as well as Untrust interface configured on it. If we reboot the device it becomes accesible. Keep in mind that it is configured in HA mode as A/P.

Regards

After you reset the device, keep monitoring the following:
get event, get perf cpu all detail, get session, get memory

until the fault happens. It should give you a better idea of what is going on.

Thanks,

Are you running 6.0R5? Known problem if so, upgrade to 6.0R5a.

Workaround is to hard-code the interfaces (e,g 100Mb, full duplex) on both sides.
