Any one know why currently Certification team very slow to reply the email?

Hi all,

 

Usually the cerification team will reply email after 2 business day. But now already 5 days without any feedback. Any one know whether all education team currently onleave now. I'm email to below email. Appreciate fast response due to i need make decision whether proceed purchase flight ticket or not.

That is the correct email.  Like most American companies Juniper was on the Thanksgiving break last week which generally means lots of people also taking vacation and the team is short handed.
