Extended Recertification Window for Select 2018 Expired Certifications
The JNCP is offering a recertification grace period to candidates whose certifications expired between July 1 and December 31, 2018. Expired certifications may be recertified between January 1, 2019 and March 31, 2019 by taking the same or higher-level exam or using the course attendance option. This means candidates with Specialist through Expert-level certifications that have expired do not have to restart at the Associate level.
How to take advantage of this promotion?
To recertify an expired certification, candidates must pass an appropriate exam or attend an appropriate course by March 31, 2019. You can view the available recertification options on the Recertification Page.
• To recertify expired certifications using the course attendance option, please follow the procedure found on the Recertification Page. When you have finished your course, please send an email to the JNCP team and include a copy of your certificate of attendance.
• To recertify expired certifications though testing, please send an email to the JNCP team after the exam is passed and include a copy of your exam score report.
o To view an exam score report, log in to your Pearson VUE account;
o Click ‘View Score Reports’ under the ‘My Account’ menu on the right side of the screen.
o Click ‘View’ for the desired score report; and
o Print screen (or use some other method) to capture the onscreen information.
• Please allow 2–3 business days for your request to be processed.
Any questions, contact the Certification program team.
Re: Extended Recertification Window for Select 2018 Expired Certifications
Hi Lawrence! Do you know if this recertification plan is still valid? I know that it is valid until March 30, but I would like to know if there is any extension for this expiration date. Thanks and regards!
