JNCIA-junos

‎06-23-2011 01:27 AM

Hi,

i have my JNCIP-SEC and ofc also the JNCIS-SEC, but i don't have the JNCIA-junos, because i did the JNCIS-SEC directly when it was still possible at time ago.

My Question now is, i want to do some other JNCIS certificates do i need to do the JNCIA-junos before i can do the JNCIS ones?

Grtz,

Frac

Frac  - My understand is that if you want to go after other JNCIS tracks (like JNCIS-ENT you will need to take the JNCIA-JUNOS 1st.

JNCIS-SEC is NOT an acceptable prerequisite for other tracks.

Frac,

Depending on when you took the SEC exam you may or may not require the JNCIA.  Very early on we had a JNCIS-ES certification that did not require an Associate level.  We need to look your records up to determine your status.

Pleasc send email to certification-info@juniper.net with your question.
