‎11-12-2011 12:51 AM

Hi,

I pass JNCIE in 18 Aug 2009. My all M-series certification are inactive on 18 Aug 2011. Now I want to activiate my JNCIE-M i know would be call after activation as JNCIE-SP. Can I attend JNCIP-SP directly or I need to pass JNCIS-SP first. Than Pass JNCIP-SP.

Please answer asap.

Thanks

Hello,

With your JNCIE-M in the 'Inactive' status, you are only required to earn the JNCIP-SP. Once you earn the JNCIP-SP, you are issued a JNCIE-SP as opposed to your JNCIE-M being renewed.

You do not need to begin with the JNCIS-SP because the JNCIS-M and JNCIP-M fulfill the prerequisite requirement for the JNCIP-SP.
