I've been researching these JNCIP/E topics too.  This is what I have for the Virtualization section of the exam.

    JNCIP-SEC Objective

    Virtualization
        •    Given a scenario, describe and configure routing-instances
        ◦    JUNOS routing instance types used for virtualization
        ◦    Implement virtual routing-instances
        ◦    Selectively forward traffic between virtual routing-instances
        ◦    Implement filter-based forwarding

    SRX Examples of Routing instances

routing instances configuration guide - this is really for the bigger devices but I've seen most of these features also in the SRX examples.  And I could not find any other overall introduction on the documentation site that was just for SRX.

SRX overall routing guide - but this only has two pages on routing instances.
