You have to take the JNCIS-SP before you can take the JNCIP-SP exam. I am unsure of the passing score, but IIRC it was somewhere around 70%...

Just adding a bit more information.  You can actually take the written exams in any order you want - there are no restrictions.  However, you will not be certified at the JNCIP level until you have certified at the JNCIS level in that track.

We do not publish our passing scores anymore - although you will see it on your score report from Prometric.  Passing scores will vary by exam as we now follow industry best practices in setting passing scores based on psychometric analysis of the individual exam.  This insures that the cut score is representative of the difficulty of the exam and the audience the exam is targeting.
