Juniper: Please help with sorting out duplicate Prometric accounts
I took JNCIS-ENT during the Juniper Summit in Orlando. That's a Prometric "Prime" test. Because I didn't have my Prometric password, the Proctor asked me to create a new account. Since then, I've been trying to get Prometric to reconcile the two accounts, with no success. The "regular" Prometric helpdesk can find my main account, but not the new account that JNCIS-ENT is on. The "Prime" Prometric helpdesk can find the new account that JNCIS-ENT is on, but not the main account. The "regular" helpdesk asks me to resolve this with "Prime", the "Prime" helpdesk has now gone dark on me.
In a nutshell: Help. Give me a person within Juniper to contact who can guide Prometric to resolution. So I can stop obsessing about this and get back to training for JNCIP-SEC.
