Training and Certification

My JNCIS-ER is going to expire soon, based on the link here: http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/jncp-recertification-paths.pdf

I could recertify by taking JNCIP-ENT, once certified, i shall earn JNCIP-SP as well.

In this situation, does my JNCIE-M convert to JNCIE-SP as well?

Hi Boon,

You can recertify your JNCIS-ER by taking either the JNCIS-ENT or the JNCIP-ENT.

If you are currently a JNCIE-M, then yes passing the JNCIP-SP will automatically recertify your Expert level, and also transfer your JNCIE-M over to JNCIE-SP.

Thanks for including the attachment, now I see where the problem is - the graphic has an error in it (which we will fix shortly).  In that diagram, the 'JNCIP-SP' should be 'JNCIP-ENT.  So to clarify, taking ENT exams does NOT grant you any certs on the SP side.  Another version of the graphic is here - http://www.juniper.net/us/en/training/certification/news/2011/20110209-recert-table.html.
