    Hello Certification Team,

    I just received my JNCIE-ENT plaque today, and unfortunately it arrived shattered. See below:

    Whom do I contact in order to get a new plaque?  Thank you so much for your time and assistance.

    Hello Clay,

     

    I was considering a joke about the shattered plaque being the final troubleshooting part of the exam...you have to reassemble it correctly!

     

    But seriously, please accept our apologies. A new plaque is already in the works.
