Link aggregation with WLC880R

Hey guys,

does anyone have experience with port-groups on the WLC880R?

Are there any interoperability guides?

My problem is the following:

I want a link aggregation to an AVAYA ERS Switch (with LACP) but in the guides there is only an example with Cisco EtherChannel!

Every hint is appreciated!

Thanks!

Tim

hi,

based on configuration guide (not tested), WLC supports only static link aggregation, no LACP/PAgP.

It should work with static LAG on Avaya.

Load sharing is based on flow src/dst MAC address.

Just use Avaya MLT. It's pretty much the same as Etherchannel (they're interoperable).
