vMX trial download problem

Hello,

 

Can someone advise on authentic way to download free vMX trial image.

http://www.juniper.net/us/en/dm/free-vmx-trial/

 

I have create a new account, On downloading the image I get error indicating privilage issue.

I don't understand if the trial image is free for users, which users are targeted here?  

 

I don't own a juniper box from where I can collect an active contract.

 

Please adivse on the best possible way to download the image.

On the page you get with the priviledge issue, click on the link to open a customer service ticket.  They will add the permission to download to your account.

I can not download image from https://support.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=vmxeval#sw

When I try to download an image, it throws me to a page with the following text:

You have encountered this error because your account privileges do not permit access to the information or service requested. Software download entitlement is granted for customers under the following scenarios. 

  • Juniper Product within the first 90 days of the hardware warranty period.
  • Juniper Product which is currently under an active maintenance contract.
  • Juniper Standalone Software Subscription which is currently active.


How may I update my account privileges to enable access? 

  • Users with an approved Juniper Networks login account may obtain assistance by creating an Admin Service Request using our Web Case Manager or you may Contact Customer Support via telephone so that they may create a Service Request on your behalf.
  • Users who do not have a Juniper Networks login account and are interested in evaluating our software products. Please Contact Customer Support via telephone so that they may create a Service Request on your behalf.

What next?

P.S. It’s better if someone Russian-speaking helps me

Go to the Web Case manager

Case Type: Admin Service Request

Would like to get trial vMX download access

 

Service Category :

User Access Issues

Email Full Text Update

 

Save request

 

This will be reviewed and you will get an email when access is granted.
