a couple of vSRXes at work have a load average of 4.08 without actually doing anything.
"show processes extensive" shows, that "idle: cpu0" has 47% of the CPU and "license-check" consumes 12%.
Anyone have a clue why the "idling" is taking so much CPU? Has anyone seen this before?
The load average seems to be on the higher side.
Regarding high idle CPU, thats a good sign. This basically means the percentage of time CPU is idle and higher values are more preferrable.
license-check should be a process trying to validate licenses installed on the device and might just be complaining about smoething. You can check log messages to know more.
