  • 1.  The configuration could not be un-locked

    I'm gettings this error in my The configuration could not be un-locked.Error(s):1) private edits in use. Try 'configure private' or 'configure exclusive'.

     

    This is in the WEB UI

     

    Juniper Model: SXR550

     

    I cannot reboot the BoX sinse it is a live environment.

     

     

    Any Advise?

    Hi, 

     

    If another user has locked the config database using configure exclusive, the other user can be logged out using:

    > show system users
> request system logout terminal 'xx'

    Reboot is not required.
